Are prices of early 996s starting to go back up?

I do not think they are headed back up however it does appear that their rate of decline has decreased or perhaps even temporarily stalled.

A 2000 996 is not going to be $9,000 any time soon... it will hit a plateau.

Why do I say that? 993 prices will remain high, perhaps a good 10k or so more than 996s. Traditionally, even older 70s or 80s well-maintained 911s have been selling between $15-30k. So I don't know why our '99s - '04s would command significantly less.
talking about 964/993, their production # can't match with 996+boxster.
