I want to try to fix some paint chips on the hood and bumper of my 996. Has anybody tried the Langka (sp?) system for paint blob removal? Also, where would the best place be to order touchup paint.
I think I will be experimenting on the daily driver first... <img border="0" alt="[icon501]" title="" src="graemlins/icon501.gif" />

it works great you just have to experiment with drying times and add thinner to your touch up paint to add multiple thin layers to match the metal flakes. it is perfect for non-metallic cars. also i think mothers bought the langka "secret" and sells it cheaper under their own brand.

I bought some of that turtle wax colored wax with the paint chip stick in it and it really makes a big difference. I have an ocean blue 99 and had some paint chips on the front bumper. It was not a perfect fix but youd have to be about a foot away to tell. I was very impressed with what $6.99 got me! If you dont want to fill in every paint chip multiple times with touchup then I'd suggest the turtule wax product.
