Post Volt meter position

Hi All,

Where does the needle for your volt gauges usually sit? Ours is usually around the 13 mark. Also, after starting the car (especially when hot) the needle sits around just about 12 for a while and slowely moves up eventually. Does this sound normal?

Thanks,

Jeff.

Sorry,

No problem with car as far as I can tell, it just seems to sit lower than it did on our 928 for example.

Regulator is designed to charge the battery to a slightly higher voltage in colder weather than hot. Above 14 is not unusual in the wintertime.
