Stuck SIM card tray on PCM2
Hi all,
Just bought a 996 cab, midnight blue with metropole and PCM2.
I've used the SIM card holder twice and now it won't come out (there's no SIM card in there at the moment). Its not covered by the warranty and it looks like a whole new unit at over £2k to fix it.
Anyone else had this and managed to get it fixed/

Sorry, no pics yet - still waiting for the sun to come out in the UK! In truth, the cars with a company to clay and diamondbright it, so I'll post some pics when its back.
Its an 2003 model cab, midnight blue with metropole leather sports seats, bose, PCM2 and phone (obviously!), sport design wheels. That's about it! I need to look up the options codes for the finer details too.
Someone once told me that PSM was standard from 2003 onwards?
Also - best sports exhaust?

t1m - No, PSM was not standard from 2003 onward. I have a 2004 C2 Coupe and do not have PSM. The standard PSM started in 2005 with the 997.

I rebooted a CD player on a Subaru once by disconecting the battery for a short period then reconnecting it. It then worked fine. Might be worth a try if you know the radio code beforehand.
