Post Waxed

Couldnt help not posting this picture of the 996 after it took almost a whole day of washing and waxing..

Now read this: (all detergents and solutions supplied by me)

- First Washing 200 Naira = $1.4
- Waxing with rotary machine 600 Naira = $4.2
- Second washing 200 Naira = $1.4
- Interior Vaccum 150 Naira = $1.1
- Interior Leather & Dash 100 Naira = $0.7
- Washing of inside rims 150 Naira = $1.1
Total $9.9

- 40 liter of fuel 1040 Naira = $7.4

God I love this country!

For $40 a month (I supply the materials), I have a guy that will wash my M Coupe and Nissan Pathfinder on a weekly basis. He also glazes (3M hand glaze) and waxes (Blitz One Grand) by hand each one of the cars on a monthly basis. Yes, he also conditions the leather once a month, vaccums weekly, cleans inside of rims and wheel wells weekly, etc. 95 octane gas is $1.98 a gallon.

Oye "tío", no te molestes. Por lo menos puedes comprar vinos de Ribera del Duero por menos de lo que pago por gasolina! HA! O un "montadito" de manchego con Serrano!

Feliz Año Nuevo!

It's the same way in Iran, 38 liters of fuel for 50,000 rials or $2.50 u.s. currency. I'm balling when I go back there to see my family, a hundred bucks gets me through a month of expenses.

later,

amir

I can see some spots on the bumper!

suggestion: wax it yourself, otherwise you'll miss feeling the curves and bumps

have a good one

Not crazy Waz, just enjoying, like you, the advantage of cheap labor available locally, but wishing had the good things like Carlos gets.
