Default Creaking/clanking noise from rear driver side

Any suggestions on what it is? Had it at the shop, thought it was shocks. Those were replaced but did not fix the issue. The noise is ONLY appearent when starting off from first gear (not transmission related however), ie-under load. Could it be frame related?

I had a similar sounding issue on drive-off (hard to hear at speed). Dealer lubed various suspension items and fixed it.

i had this, it ended up as the lower control arm.
park the car. open truck, push the car, if it's making the noise, that maybe it.
