I'll toss in my vote for Guinness.
Cocktail will be scotch - McCallun or Lagavulin (opposite ends of the taste spectrum) although Goslings dark rum and water is also real tasty.
Wine ... too many to list.

two words:

JACK DANIELS.

here's a little story. A few year's back I was working at a Hotel where the German National Soccer team was staying during the World Cup. In a shocking upset they were knocked out by Bulgaria. Germany went back to the Hotel and promptly drank every case of the Erdinger beer they travel with (no kidding). Their next choice of beverage?

Jack Daniels please.

my other favorites spirits: **** Creek, Veuve Cliquot(rose),Tignanello

I love Shiner Bock, but you can't get it up here in the northeast. Every time I make it down to Houston, I have a few. For a beer I like Sam Adams, before dinner something like a Kettle One straight up, after dinner scotch (JW Black or Blue if I've got it).
