hmmmm.....this depends on lots of factors....how many miles a year will you drive it. If alot, then get the 01....if not then lean towards the 03. The other factor is warranty....the CPO warranty is a GREAT thing....drive them bothn thoroughly and get the one that FEELS better to you.

Is this a trick question? Screw the miles, the cars are meant to be driven. If these are the ONLY factors to consider (I'm sure they're not idential in every other aspect), I'd go 2003. 3.6 v 3.4, 320HP vs. 300HP, higher insurance premiums...all win, win, win.
Also, keep in mind that when you return a vehicle at a car lot, they all have to be returned to the financing company (I'm not sure what Porsche is called) and then they auction off the cars. It's a misconception that where you purchase a car is where the cars were dropped off after the lease term.
I remember in my earlier years of innocence (ignorance), I believed the fancy salesmen at the fancy P dealers saying that they get first pick on all the lease returns, hand select the good ones and then send the rest to the local used car lots. Whatever.

Go with the 03. Bigger engine, different look, glass window and don't forget you will get a glove box. Make sure you get the options that you want. $53 not a bad price but not the deal of the century. Good luck, either way not a bad choice
