Default Where to purchase a good digital tire pressure gauge?

Can someone direct me to a good place to purchase a good tire pressure gauge that is very accurate and preferably digital. I purchases one @ home depot and it was terrible, almost impossible to line it up without air coming out every where and could never get an accurate read. Prices would be helpful as well. thanks Ted

FWIW, I use this one for my son's kart (4 tire cold/hot memory):

Yeah, that Griots gauge looks terrific. I'm ordering one myself.

I agree. I have always had good luck with Griot's. I just ordered one as well.

A year or so ago I saw a test on tire guages and the little digital one from Radio Shack for around $15 was as accurate as any tested. I know others sold the same guage. It looked like a little pistol grip. I bought several of them and keep them in my street cars. They work great.

I'm not sure I would get too excited about the one from Griots. Anytime I see a tool that is attempting to look like a real track tool but for a fraction the cost I wonder where they are cutting costs. Especially from Griots that has pretty niffty stuff but isn't exactly known as a price leader.

If you want the real deal, forget digital and get a liquid filled guage from Longacre or Intercomp. These are the ones the racers use. Otherwise I suspect you would be money ahead to get one of the nice little $15 digital jobs.

Just my 2 cents worth. Take it for what it's worth.
Jim
