I am pretty set on upgrading my brakes and rotors with the Stoptech Big brake kit. However CoreyNJ said something that made me start thinking.... Do I really want Red Calipers? Or should I keep the whole Yellow and Black thing going. I have always loved the Red calipers, the Red pops off the Black but the Yellow does too. I have a set of finished Yellow Calipers that are going to another member, So bolted them on just to see what it would look like. So what do you guys think? Please participate in my poll...
Also here are some recent garage pics... I washed the floor today so I thought I would share.

You washed your garage floor...I would have never noticed...because every time I see it it looks spotless and awesome. The yellow would look better IMO, since everything else is yellow or black (black might be cool though). BTW...Your garage is nicer than my office. I suppose you did it yourself?

Thanks for the quick reply... Yellow is looking pretty damn good. The garage the floor was filthy after the PSS9 install and changing the sways. I sprayed a little liquid degreaser to break down the grime. Then I washed the floors with our Wet/Dry hardwood vacuum that worked out great. Finished the job by doing some Race Deck skating with towels as skates. The Garage was basically a brick shell when I started with a dumpster worth of old wood planks, doors, screens etc. After all it had 75 years worth of stored goods. It's insulated with propane heat. I have used the heater a dozen times this winter. 20-30 minutes you can be working in a T-shirt and shorts. Thanks for the compliment I will have to have you over sometime.

YELLOW!!With your P coloring red would not be right...I would put black porsche decals on the yellow brakes...just my 2 cents...and man is your garage the best looking I have EVER seen..you must spend more time in there than in your house!

I voted RED. As good as the yellow looks, and I LOVE the yellow calipers, I think you need a color other than yellow behind the blavck wheels. The black is a "non-color," the background, and you need something that really POPS. I think red would do this.
The pic below is Signal Yellow (which has a little more orange in it than Speed Yellow) with red calipers. Unfortunately, not black wheels. I think you need the contrasting color to maximize the whole package. Just my opinion.

do you track your car a lot? if not, pass on the stoptech. the only advantage of the stoptechs is that they handle heat better because of the bigger rotor. stoptech purposefully downsize the caliper's pistons to replicate the brake bias and clamping force of oem. the clamping force may be a little more but not much. any more and ABS would freak out causing longer stopping distances.
if it's for bling.. well... i am never against going for BLING
oh ya, go for yellow ONLY if it is an exact speed yellow match.

I think that the red looks good when your rims are not black.....I also think your sidemarkers should be white and not amber! but because of the yellow color they kind of blend in!
still think you should keep them yellow!!!

Great looking garage! How do you keep it clean?
I vote for Red, as you have too many yellow accents on the car now. Red will draw the eye to the wheels and brakes. and add depth to the somewhat boring looking NASCAR wheels. The car's color will immediately get attention, but from there, the more accents on things like brakes etc. will draw the eye around the car. You might consider those carbon fiber rear view mirror covers to accent the A pillar area of the car.
