LOWER?? You going to be a bottom scraper..I read somewhere in Rennlist, that the ride is not getting more comfortable going that low...becomes very rocky...but if you like that and track you P....it is going to look great!!! that's for sure

Well the owner was a little on the low ball side...the final estimate is about 1200 bucks, for replacing the fenders, bumper and lights and painting the fenders, bumper and hood....still a pretty good price...probably get him down to 1000...I just want him to do a good job and it looks like he will...Monday or Tuesday next week I will post the new turbo front images!!!

This thread is exactly what I was looking for. I have been looking to trade my 01 996 to a later model because of >02's fresh facelift, but you guys have provided me answers to my problem.

Are you done with all your facelift mods? Looks like your avatar pic has the new facelift. Xenon headlights being expensive plus all the parts for 02+ facelift sounds like an expensive mod, but it should be worth every penny.

Hey, newport. Looking at your badass 996, I would have never guessed it was 99. Mine is 01 black/black C2 coupe tip, and I have been looking to trade in my car for later 996 so I could have the newer front which I think is absolutely stunning. Can you give me some info about the price of the whole facelift mod and places where I could get the parts? I'm also in L.A. Your website looks awesome too. Cheers.

European Car Magazine is doing this face lift with GT3 look.
Somethin' like "making a $30K 911 look like a $100K 911"
Too bad that magazine is so expensive.

1000.00 to replace fenders, bumpers, lights, and then paint fenders bumper and hood? Thats so cheap I dont know if I would trust someone that cheap.

Just to get a front spoiler and hood paint is about $1200-1300 I have seen from "Good" shops that have state of the art paint facilities.
