Here's a couple shots of my car with my old 18" rims... powder-coat black with polished lip

Jon,
I have the same BBS classics. I have never seen a set besides mine. How do you like them ?
Cost new ?
The air stem is a bit annoying.
Thanks,
Gregg

Hey gregg,

Those were my old rims which came on the car when I bought it. I liked them, but always loved the LMs, so I made the switch. I'm not quite sure what the price of them new is as I've never seen them sold anywhere. Weird, right? The dealer said you you could purchase them from Porsche direct, but I never was able to confirm this. And yes, the air stem is a bit annoying! I lost that piece once and it was annoying trying to locate it from BBS. Any pics of your ride?

Jon

It's like when you buy new set of wheels. They guarantee, it will hold up for X number years unless abused.

I'm gonna guess that since they are the major contractor for Forgeline, I would think that they NDI(Non Destructive Inspection/ Eddie Current, Mag Particle, Ultra-Sonic & Radiography) at least 10 percent of their production output. Please call them for facts at www.afipowder.com . I don't represent their company at all.

An x-ray will tell you nothing about the results from heat-treating. The problems are at the crystallographic level.
