I would like to know if anyone has recently purchased a 2002 and if they got a discount.

My dad just picked one up for $10k off MSRP two weeks ago. You might even be able to do better than that. Our dealer was offering $10k off all new 2002 996s.

The two local dealers I am familiar with were openly advertising $8K off plus the luxury tax. I also know that $10K would have been very easy to get with just a little effort
