Guys, take that to PM or just walk away. This is why you use eBay or the way most have done it here in the past...first reasonable offer takes it.

But if you did accept an offer regardless that it was $100 lower than one that came in later (ie, he PM'ed you his offer, you ACCEPTED it with NO contingencies unless you got a better offer by "x" time ) then that is really tacky.

However, if you said in your PM back to him that you would take his offer IF nothing higher came in by "x" time....then you were very up front and there is no reason for either of you to have a bad taste.

Only you two really know what happened. Sad though.

I agree, The first offer came in and I got back to him but I think with the super bowl on not everyone had a chance to get back to me. so I did the honest thing and took the orginal offer because he was reasonable

"750 + shipping and $20 for the shelf + shipping"

my reply: i'll take em.
i have paypal, can fed ex a cashiers check, or?

"I have offers of $850 for the subs. I think I paid $1200 but you are the first on the shelf so I can sell you that. I have so many offers for stuff coming in it is hard to get back quick enough. If I get an offer of $875 + shipping on the subs that person will get them."

as you were saying?
i dont give a sh*t, really. just think its lame to quote a price ($750 - to which i agreed) and then bail on it for a highter figure. enjoy the extra $100. i guess dignity has a price. yours is $100.
AND im not a fvcking cheapskate. i have for some time intended to buy a new set of subs from car audio innovations. saw your post and figured i could save the time and cash.
have a nice day.

I did have other higher offers but when the first person I replied to came back and said he wanted them I sold them for his "lower" resonable offer.

I think I will take Dell's advice and just put the rest on Ebay

Is your EVO still available? Have heard mixed reviews on having an open intake, what did you think of it? How much? Also, how much for the auto top switch? Thanks, ix ix vi
