Storing 996 on a lift?
I am contemplating intalling a lift in my business warehouse and storing my 996 up on the lift. I know this sounds crazy, but I do not have a garage, but I do have a couple of large warehouses. I need the floor space for business, but I could store it up on a lift. I have a buddy who can hook me up with a nice quality lift from a liquidation. I know you all are thinking, just buy a house with a garage...
I would, but I love where I live and want to stay put.
Does anyone think there could be a problem storing the car for days or potentially weeks at a time on a lift?
I would appreciate any comments!

If the lift is a 4 post type with drive on ramps, then I see no problem as the car's suspension will be loaded in a normal fashion (apart from normal storage issues like tire flat spot, battery charge, etc).
If it were a 2 post lift, I would be concerned about the suspension unloading and the long term impact on exposed strut shafts (seals, oxidation/rust, etc).
