You can buy one from a dealer or Porsche directly if you are an independent repair shop. In the US the price is $8000 - $10000. The yearly software service (updates) is an additional $2600. Still interested? 
There are some items that require Porsche authorization (a special code) to change. Some examples are: an instrument cluster (that records miles/kilometers) or a DME that tracks VIN, motor and transmission data.
