I have the RUF pedals as well. Purchased them from By Design (310/559-9670) for less than the RUF North Americal distributor.

Does the techart have any rubber inserts like the Ruf's? If not I do have to say the stock rubber ones are better under wet conditions versus an all medal pedal(slipping and sliding) so the Ruf is a better choice IMO with the rubber inserts. Regards and good luck. Mike

Yes, Techart does have the rubber inserts, but they are fewer.

Just called By Design. $475.00 + $35.00 install, not in stock but can be ordered quickly!! A bit pricey?

RUF Pedals are definitely the way to go. I bought them from Weissach, installed them myself. Plan a good two hours to do it and make sure that the foot rest is flush to avoid your shoe from hanging onto the edge when you use the clutch!

paneraiwatches,
I just hung up with By Design, they told me it would take 2months+ to get the pedals, said they "got in trouble" before promising speedy delivery on RUFs

dpblessing,
Where did you get your pedals from? Is that price for a Tip or 6sp?

I found a guy that says he has the RUFs, but he wants $575 for all 4 pedals (for 6sp)should I go for it? Is anybody else interested?

Angry

There have also been questions on which way the "angle" on the RUF pedals face..to the inside or to the outside. I've seen pics of both ways in RUF ads????

Leon, I just ordered a set of all 4 pedals for a 6-spd from RUF's NA distributor - Weissach Performance. They have them in stock for $500 + $25 for shipping and handling. You can call them at 800-665-6688 or go to their website at www.weissach.com

You can't order from the site, so save your time and call them.

There is a guy on ebay that has ruf style pedals in Chrome or Brushed aluminum. Claims they are designed and manufactured for ruf. Just doesn't have the ruf logo. He's charging $325 for Gas, brake, clutch and dead pedal in the brushed aluminum. Takes 10 days.
