Base Coupe Or 4S

I am 90 percent sure it will be Speed Yellow with black leather, but still considering Guards Red with black.
Actually, I will be very happy with either Yellow or Red.
BTW, I am trying to time my ordering date so I will be sure to get a 2003. The dealer said the best time would be the middle of June.
My wife fluent German. I am thinking of puting her up to calling the Porsche factory and asking some key questions. What would be nice to know?
Of course, this is a big step for me. The most I have ever spent on a car is $53K, but I just feel I have to do it.
Because I do not need to drive very much it will no doubt be a "garage queen".
Thanks for everyones help. Mark

Great choice in colors. Yellow and red would really standout with a widebody. You may think about guards red/black more since I think it be easier to sell if that time happens. I heard mixed things about yellow but darn that's an awesome color too. I think you can't go wrong either way- both beautiful cars that makes me quite envious : ). Congrats. Mike

good choice,ohsixx.
even though i love red and yellow you chould consider one of the newer metallic blue colors. there's no extra charge for metallic paint in c4s! <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" /> <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" /> <img src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" border="0" alt="[bigbye]" /> <img src="graemlins/wave.gif" border="0" alt="[byebye]" />

The C4S is a great choice. To be honest, if it had been out when I bought my 996TT I probably would have gone with it. The reason is that on the track I am not a good enough driver to extract the extra $30,000 of performance out of my car. On the road, there is no way to utilize all that power, trust me, I've tried. It is much better to dirve a slower car fast, than a fast car slow.
As far as colors you really ouught to consider Orient Red as that I get a lot of compliments on my car as that it really shows off the lines.
