Default Quick qusetion. Does 96 ft lbs = 130 NM for wheel lug torque specs?

If not, what should the torque be? The manual says 130 NM, but my torque wrench does not have NM. Please help. I am switching wheels tonight.
Thanks,
Pat

Yes it's 96. Source of info is Tire Rack and that's what I used when I put my snows on 2 weeks ago. So far, they haven't fallen off!
