Post BMW M3 CSL on the streets soon.

I just learned that the the E-46 M3 CSL is actually going to be produced for sale, at least here in Europe, for around 78,000 Euro's which is less than a standard 996 coupe but 200kg (should be around 3000lbs)lighter than the regular M3 and 350HP+. That M3 can actually give our 966's hell out there in the roads to say the least(thank god for their 250km/h limited chips ).
At least BMW cares for its renn-customers... as Porsche USED to do (long live the 2.7 RS era!)

NOTHING that remotely resembles the CSL you're referring to will be available in the US. Further, that price is SUBSTANTIALLY below the price quoted in all car rags.

LIke I said, it will probably be only for Europe. And that 78,000 Euros price was listed by the TV program dedicated to cars I just saw in which thew showed the car, along with a piece on the new 996 C4s. Its the first credible info I get on the CSL, since the stuff I read previously were just speculations which said that it wasn't even going to be produced(Be it that this is not the V8 M3-GT of 250,000$.)
