Post Regarding new 996 C4S?

Having seen the look of the 996 c4s on the newest issue of excellence i think its a great looking car and woulda been nice if they modified the 3.6 to have better hp/torque compared to the regular 3.6 996 coupes. Does neone know the price range for that model?

The configurator doesn't work too good
Suncoast has a PDF price list (I think it forwards you to a rennlist page actually)
Base is 80,200 USD

FYI: They are now doing all colours for Feb delivery.

Not necessarily - I loaded mine, and it came to 87k plus delivery. You get quite a lot on the base C4S(certainly compared to a base C2)
I originally priced a C4 coupe (2002 model based on 2001 price lists back in April before they discontinued it) and it came to 85k without full leather (a 5k option I seem to remember).

Alan,
I agree that the C4S almost seems like a value, even compared to a C2!
With all that is included in a C4S, the only options that I added were the advanced technic package(bixenon headlights with washers and Bose stereo system)and mats, coming to under $84K in total.I also got the sports seats(they are a no cost option).
To build a similarly equiped C2, which lacks the turbo styling as well as running gear and 4 wheel drive, cost about $82K
