Post Aero Kit

I just bought my first Porsche. A 2001 Orient Red C2. It's gorgeous. While looking for this car, I saw a lot of C2's with Aero kits. I want to have one installed. I've seen quite a few in the Porsche Excellence magazine. Has anyone heard of NR Automotive Accessories. Their website is nrauto.com. It seems 2400-2600 is the average kit price (front spoiler, side skirts

For some reason, my whole question didn't come out in my original post.

Has anyone heard of nrauto, or could you recommend any other retailers that sell the Aero kit. Thanks.

I would stick with a factory kit. You can get a good discount on one from Foreign Affairs Motorsports. Talk to Bobby at 954 746-0488.
Enjoy your new car and welcome!

IMHO there is nothing that comes close to the factory parts. Check with Rennlist sponser Carnewal.com for great prices.

Here is a pic of my factory aerokit:

I would only put a factory kit on my car. Fit is better and a factory kit may help resale value a little. After market kits look after market and do hurt resale. I bought my Factory aero kit from Bobby at Foreign Affairs www.2fam.com for 20% off of Porsche Sug. Retail

I agree with everyone else....definitely go with the facttory kit. Thats what I did with my 99 C2. Aftermarket are not where near factory when it comes to fitment and quality.

If you decide to add the Aero, factory parts only!

Hi Ken, and welcome to the world's best Porsche Forum!

I agree with all the posters above..nothing against aftermarket folks, but if you're a purist it really doesn't cost any more to stay with "factory stuff" It's good quality and it fits! I also agree with the suggestion that Loren made about Gert at www.carnewal.com In fact I've got a Turbo rear bumper coming from him for my 02 Cab and he is a great communictor.

My 02 Cab, factory wing and rockers (tequipment, I think)

You might check with Suncoast Motorsports as well, not long ago they were being very aggressive on the price of the aero kit, at least the front for sure.
