Do 996 C4S and 996 TT have the same suspension setup? Will GT2's suspension fit on C4S or TT? GT2's suspension is much lower than C4S and TT's.

All the suspensions are designed specifically for the model. The C4S and TT have simillar sport suspension set up, since they are both AWD and wide body. However, they are tuned differently in that the C4S susp is tuned for the lower HP and torque. The GT2 is designed for RWD and even more HP. I don't think it will fit either C4S or TT as a simple swap.

In general, RWD and AWD suspensions are different and are not interchangeable. In the case of the GT2, the shocks and springs are a coilover setup with ride height adjustment. The C4S and Turbo have conventional struts and shocks with fixed spring perches. The C4S and Turbo have similar shock and spring tuning but the Turbo's are designed to compensate for the extra weight. The only part they share is a front anti-roll bar which is 20.7 mm.
