Default Replacing leather dash

I have a 2000 996 cabrolet that has a wrinkled leather dash. If anyone has any documentation on the replacement of the dash it would be appreciated. thanks!

I would like to replace the leather dash myself. I'm looking for remove and replace proceedures from a manual or other periodicals for help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is quite the feat. There is a great picture that Tool Pants posted of this (not instructions but a dash removed). This is not something for the faint of heart. Do a search over at Renntech where I remember it being posted.

Just a few days ago, there was a tuner selling a complete dash on e-bay that was used for a show, then removed. A complete swap like this would be easier.

This is not as easy as it sounds. Check over at Renntech.
