I have kind of an unusual problem and wanted to pass it by you folks before calling the dealer. My 01 C2 coupe has Litronic headlights. For the past week or so it has become more difficult each day to get the low beam lights to come on. A week ago it would take a few seconds longer than usual for them to come on. Last night it took about five minutes. Before they come on the low beams on both sides just blink (not very brightly). When they do come on they seem to operate just fine. Tonight the low beams won’t come on period. Bad electronic ballast? The fog lights, high beams and parking lights all work fine. Anyone encountered this on their car?
