Price Check on 996 Convertibles

Price Check on 996 Convertibles
I'm trying to help my father price out a used 996 convertible.
Two contendors so far:
1) '04 convertible with 17" wheels, leather, power seats, bi-xenons, certified pre-owned. 16000 miles (Lapis Blue ext./ Blue int)
2) '02 convertible with 18" wheels, power seats, CD changer (same colors) with 33,000 miles.
Both appear to be pretty clean.
Assuming decent service histories (no RMS problems, etc.), what pricing could you get from a dealer these days?

03 C2 tip 13K with "buy now" price US $66,500.00. i would rather spent 20K more get a 06 997.
i ve been shopping for 996 conv. for a while now. (can't handle the wait for 997, winter is around the corner!),

the dealer asking for 63K in july, never sold it. and just reduce the price to 59K. with porsche extented warranty.
