Will the 4 tube sport exhaust tips fit on my GHL mufflers? Looking underneath the car, I can't tell if the mufflers require tips that fit straight on or if they need tips with an angled pipe to connect to the tips? The factory tips are for the turbo but there are aftermarket outfits which make these tips for the coupes. However, as I have aftermarket mufflers - am not sure where to source the tips.

 

Krista. I have GHL's and those same tips. Works fine.

 

Thank you but which tips? Did you get the Porsche or TechArt or some other? The oem for Turbo which fit straight on the muffler or the Carrera ones which have an angled piece? I think the Turbos are the right ones but want to be sure. Saw an ad in Excellence for BW Motorsports which sells both but want to be sure & order the right ones.

Dunno. They came from Porsche with my non-Turbo 996

I have the same exhaust pipes as Leedav on my '04. They are option X54 Oval Chrome Exhaust Pipes.
