It's a kit, and comes with a little plug module like what's wired up in the car already. You make the connections yourself then just plug it in. I just did mine last week. Very simple, and well worth it!

Guys, I'm sure there's a description somewhere, but I couldn't easily locate it....
1) How hard is it to install timewise (2 mins, 10 mins, 1 hour, etc?)
2) Will it allow you to charge the iPod too? On Apple's iPod page, i noticed that Porsche doesn't show up as a supported car manufacturer. http://www.apple.com/ipodnano/ipodyourcar/
3) Will it work on all models including the iPod Nano?
Thank you!!

Takes 25 minutes including carefully removing the radio, doing the connections, routing the cable and then re-installing the radio.
The input for AUX on the CDR... series is a std. RCA jack. Left, Right, etc... I just purchased an RCA to headphone jack cable and it was an easy install.
Word of advice, test, test, test before you re-insert the radio. :-) Don't ask why, just trust! :-)
