Default Just Replaced Parking Brake Switch

I just replaced the parking brake switch on my 99 cab. The other day I couldn't get my top to go up. I should have replaced it when I put in the B&M SS. The switch has been intermittent for a couple of years but with enough jiggling I always got it to light up until the other day. Taking out the ash trash and messing with the switch with a screw driver got it working again but I decided to just replace it.
It was only $5.25 at the dealer. Upon close inspection of the old switch I found it to just have a film or slight oxidation on the contact. I think that they don't run enough current thru the switch to break down any film. If it happens again I will redesign the whole circuit.
