No, it doesn't but you don't really need it. You can clip the motor swtiches together so it does not trigger an error. That's what I did.

is there any noticable weight savings to be had by taking out all the movable wing related stuff? motors, etc etc?

nope, no weight saving as Misha's wing is not that light.

thanks for the info .

as it so happens paul, i decided 2 order the wing from vivid racing, as per one of ur previous posts. i liked their service so much i set up a business account with them and can now distribute their product in canada lol. my friend practically creamed his pants when he saw that they stock CF driveshafts for eclipes . haha, i can't wait.

oh: p.s., what side skirts do u think would look best with the GT2 style front bumper and GT2 wing?

The Kirby Method, hahah that's funny...and cool.

I think I need to go and take a close up picture of the tie strap.

There are three different harnesses that porsche makes, priced 60,100 and 300 dollars. The differences are the inclusion of a brake light. Having done this mod I would highly recommend the harness to avoid spoiler fail lights.
FWIW, if you track your car with this wing, and carry any speed, you MUST use a front splitter as this wing WILL become squirrely at speed. I added a TT lip to mine that remedied the problem. In the end I took it off and sold it, just a little too in your face for me. If I ever do another wing, it will be the oem aerokit. Fitment was good, quality was good, Misha's a great guy, not sure about the AD RD that went into it though as far as then track goes, just be sure it's what you want 24/7/365.

also, kirby, what size are your rims and rubber? ur fitment is spectacular. my stock rims look like theyre all tucked away in the body, not attractive at all.

60 is the harness w/o BL, with misha's wing you use your wing light or seal the hole. If you really want the pn's I'll dig them up. (100 is w/BL, 300 is w/ BL for a C4S aero wing, 2" longer, 200 more!)

Crap, I don't remember off hand. I'll take a look at them tonight. I know they are just normal BBS- RS-GT rims and I had to use spacers to push them out a bit. Thanks for the kind words.

Omar, the pn w/o brakelight is 996 612 070 51, about 60$.
the pn with a brakelight is 996 612 070 04, 100$ and fits perfectly with the gt2 style misha wing without modification.
