4 questions no-one can answer, probably
So I drive a 1999 C2 (originally delivered in Canada) with HiFi, Sunroof delete, sport seats, 18" wheels....love it but.....
1. When the car is not at operating temperature and I am stopped at a light, I here a clicking/tapping soun tht seems to be coming from underneath the car. It is ussually about 4-5 clicks, stops for 30 seconds, then happens again. WTF
2. I noticed that my car kicks up alot of dust when parking, so I go to the front of the car while it is running and noticed air blowing out the front underside of the car (on both driver and pass side) is this normal and what is the point??
3. Can I disconnect the HiFi and still have my stereo work (without replacing stereo components? I want to install a GT3 center lower console.
4. Is my Canadian car a RoW in terms of suspension/power, and why/how is RoW better than US (or North Amer.)?
That'll keep you guys busy for a little while. Thanks.

On #1 I would say lack of lubrication (lifters) but this is a sound you really only hear for the first few seconds in the garage on initial startup but not later at a light. Another possibility would be if the sound is more like a rattle (easily confused between this and clicking) then you could have something as simple as a loose clamp.

The tickng is most likely (and normal) the egr valve that is located above the alternator. This is the valve that electrically opens and closes the vacuum line to the throttlebody. Normal operation can be loud at times. Extremely unlikely that you would be hearing your lifters.
