Default 1999 options

Hello fellas.

I wonder if one of you could clearify some things for me?
I just saw a '99 C4. It did not have a spoiler switch and did not have a glove box under the passenger air bag. Were these options?
Also, Does anyone have the offical weight and stock performance specifications for the car? I've read recent conflicting information on the speed data.
The car is equipped with navigation, a CD based reader. How well does it respond to the driver? I did not notice any antenna for the navigation. Does anyone have this option on their '99 who can describe its operation.
That's a lot of questions...but I'm a devoted reader.

No glove box until '02.

The spoiler switch is near/on the fuse box cover, near your left leg when you're in the driver's seat.

The GPS antenna is located in the front center of the dash. I am not sure by what you mean “How well does it respond to the driver?” The input method, or the refresh rate of the system to the car’s movement. Both are good. After spending about 15 minutes playing with it, you will have it mastered.

Thanks to you all.
That fuel economy, I should mention, is better than that listed on the original sticker. Ubergeek, is that figure based on your experience? I forgot to mention that the car is a 6 speed.

I own a 99 that was special ordered sunroof delete. Also no computer, no heated seats. I have a lot of blank switch plates in the car.
