Default Overhead Grab Handle

Has anyone installed, or thought of installing, an overhead grab handle above the passentger door? The few times my wife has ridden with me in the 996, she is always looking for something to hold on to when I take a hard right hand turn. Thanks!

Tim, sounds like you need GT3 seats and 6 point harnesses in stead of an oh **** handle.

my Dad suggested the same thing after getting in and out a 1/2 dozen times. He then just smiled and said "wait until you get older".

Why not the grab handle on the door. My wife makes good use of that one!

She uses handle on the door but she always seems to be reaching for one up top. The door handle is too low to allow you to easily counteract the side-to-side forces. That’s because the door handle is below your bodies’ center of gravity when you are sitting in the car. A handle at the top of the door would be much more effective, IMO.
