How do I get rid of the awful 1980's phone kit!
I'm loving the latest Porsche 996TT to my stable, however its got one of these awful in car phone handsets!!! Its the OEM kit, but it just looks like a throwback from the 1980's and REALLY looks crap!
Can I easily remove this offensive item without ending up looking like half the middle dash column has been bastardised ?
Please help, or I shall be forced to buy some red braces and a pin striped suit!

The phone is a dealer installed option -- the car doesn't come with the phone from the factory -- so in theory you should be able to take it out without any problem.
Can you post pictures of the phone (and the pinstripe suit)?
