Default Pirelli Tire gone bad

Last time on the track my rear left Pirelli P-Zero Corsa got completely out of shape. The inner steel threads broke. The tire didn't fail catastrofically but it had peaks and valleys of 1". Needles to say that the car's vibration was out of control. I put the spare and got home. After removing the other tree tires I noticed that the front left had a wave pattern too. The two right ones were fine. I was running 41 PSIG hot and that was their 3rd DE (almost 1/3 of the tread left) . Anybody with same issues? Any suggestions on why both left tires were like that? I know that left tires take most of the abuse on the track but that should affect tread wear only

Damn, I assume your suspension is set up correctly. Maybe a manufacturing defect?
