Default Penske buys Stevens Creek Porsche in San Jose - Good or Bad?

The Penske Automotive Group as purchased Stevens Creek Porsche in San Jose Ca.

What can Stevens Creek Porsche and Audi customers expect in the transition to the Penske Group?

If anyone has dealings with a Penske owned Porsche Dealership, I would like to hear your comments about sales, service, support, customer care, etc. It would be excellent to hear from someone that went through an ownership change experience with their local Porsche dealer too.

Good! HBL (local p-car dealer) used to be horrible until Penske got a hold of it. It's been improving ever since.

I would say nothing put positive things. UAG is a good company, focusing on the right things.

My experience with UAG has been good, both BMW and Porsche. Roger keeps a house in Scottsdale AZ so he visits the UAG group in Scottsdale often.

Interesting news! Gary you must visit there every week! LOL Usually changing owner means changing management. Can't say I have much to complaint about the current management though I would like more separation between Porsche and Audi at dealers when I go there. I hate going there w a bunch of Audi owners in front of me. They are either snobs or clueless wifes. Last time, some lady asked how to use pollen filter on her A4 and bitch about the cost of maintenance. I never have to wait to be greeted at Carlsen and don't have to hear about other people's issue with their cars while I wait in line as if I went to a Chevy dealer.

There is going to be a separate facility for Porsche. It is under construction.
