All kidding aside, how do you attach the rubber strap to a 99 C2? I cant find a place to attach.

I also cant find where to attach the rubber cord for the gas cap.

Cars prior to 2001 do not have the proper hole for the plastic rivet at the end of the tether. So this is where you put it.
