I am close to pulling the trigger on some Iforged wheels. I like the 19x12s but I don't want to roll the fender. I am keeping my stock wheels and R-compounds for the track so really they're just for looks. Will 19x11.5 or 19x12s work if it's lowered?

Depends on wheel offset.

I'm running 19" x 11" I-Forged with 295s on the back of my narrow body cab and they will rub on full suspension compression. My cab is not lowered (yet) and I still should get the fenders rolled.

I have the 19x10.5 with a 295/35 slammed on JIc coilovers. it is close. I would run the 10.5 with a 305 tire if you want more foot on the ground. But it is close. I already told you I would get you the price you need so call me!

i'm running 19x11 cargraphics in the rear on a narrow body 99. tires are 315/25 sport conti 2s, lowered on H&R coilovers (at max height which is still pretty low). alignment is near stock--for street driving i haven't got it to rub (yet) but it would under full compression. btw, the conti 2s fill out an 11" rim but the yokos are more narrow than the rim in 315.

Default GT3 has 11 inch rear rims

My 2005 GT3 has 11 inch rear rims and 295 tires with no rubbing.

I have 19x11's on a 2000 cab. lowered with pss9's. Tires are Mich PS2's and 295. The Mich's are wider than P zero's but the ride is great. I had to roll also. I was parked on a slope yesterday and this is how my suspension sits. I like the way it turned out.

I am riding on 19x11's with 315 Conti's and I can say if I plan on lowering it, I will have to roll the fenders which is this winters project. Iforged is all custome and should be able to give you the proper setup.

Can the wheels 18x11 wheels that come stock on the 996 TT and C4S be used on the narrow body without modification? I believe the offset on those wheels is 45mm.

I can visualize changes in offset given a fixed wheel width, but when you vary both the offset and the width, I get confused!

Thanks,
David

It's all about offset. Include your offsets in your messages....

Please list what offsets you are using. Trying to figure out if a 19x11 ET 48 or ET42 would fit.

You may want to just call I-Forged or Tire Rack as I doubt these guys are still around after 7 years of posting this.

I have 19" x 12" in the rear and they fit just fine. No body modifications necessary...... They're the OEM 997 GT3 wheels. I'm running 295 and my car is lowered about 1" from stock height.
