Default Pictures of Dropped 996 C4S'

Just trying to get a sense of how various "dropped" suspension settings look for the 996 C4S. I know some people go for the RoW kit. Others go for the X74 suspension setup. And yet others go for simply springs.

Would love to see pictures of the various looks to better gauge what the aesthetic effect is of using one setup versus another.

I attach an example of an individual that has dropped his C4S with H&R springs. IMHO, looks very nice. Other pics please!!

Here is one of mine. I think it's pretty slammed. Not sure which springs they are. Came when I bought the car. The springs are white if that means anything.

evo_333 - what kind of wheels are those on that silver car?

I really like those- been looking for some nice 19s for the new C4s we got last month.

Thanks,

Kirk

The black car, rear view is dead sexy. I'm going for a cold shower. Better yet, I might print it and take it to the shower..........

Rasta, if you just want to lower it, just do the HR springs or the RoW springs and shocks from porsche.
The x73 is a little more hard core/track, which is what I just got. The x74 is for the narrow body btw.

Ess_Three, nice number plates! Are those real or did you have them custom made (i.e. they are not official plates)? I have never seen the nnn ccc format before. I think it is fascinating how a whole industry has spawned in the UK for buying and selling number plates since it is so easy to get personalized/vanity plates here in the US.

Oh, and your speed yellow C4S looks great too!

Cheers,

I keep getting mixed up between the two. X73 - check.

I generally hate to mod just to mod, but since I'm not planning on tracking the car and am going more for the look, I think I'll take a chance with just the springs.

Now, who's going to hook me up with a pair of attractively priced H&R springs -

PS - Jon, thanks for all the pictures buddy. Hope things are well with you.
