I didn't remove the rear tires but I did have air tools.

Come on guys how hard is it to remove the rear tires? Believe me its worth it rather than struggling trying to wiggle it out.

Agreed, when my fabspeed Max Flow was installed, they removed the rears.

Not sure what removing the rears buys you. Better access?? I jacked mine up, put it on stands and did all the work from under the car.

DITTO!

Sure removing the rears will make extracting the mufflers easier but it is just not necessary. It will take longer to remove them than to wiggle them out from the bottom!!
