I ordered the silver ones from Dan. Should be here by next week. I will post some pics for everyone as soon as I have them installed. Hope they will look good.

Wheel size has nothing to do with it. Clearance has to do with spoke design and wheel offset. The higher the number of the offset, the closer inwards the wheel is. So a 45mm will stick out more then a 65mm. That is why the factory C2 wheels are really tucked looking. When you go to aftermarket, the wheel is usually a plus size offset to push the wheel out and make it look better to fill the wheel well.
I am running the StopTech 4 wheel kit. 4 piston front and rear with 14.1 inch rotors in the front and 13.6 in the rear. I had my Iforged custom made to clear the bigger brakes...

Here is a pic of the wheels fitted on my own 996 C2. My car is extremely lowered on JIC Coilovers. There is definitely room for 295. So the above wheel and tire packages we can change for the wider tires.

Vivid, are the LUFF wheels in black the actual shots? If not, do you have any real shots of them? For some reason they look crazy p-shopped...
btw, the silver ones look great on your car
