This is my 1999 C2 w/ 24k miles....I love it. Had it for a month now....
The other pic is of my center console, note that I moved the head unit to the lower console, put in the "sheld" and moved the heated seats & wing raise/lower buttons to the upper dash.....
What do you guys think???

That really changes the look of the console. Do you think it is more functional? Couple of suggestions for your P-car: Consider getting painted rear bumper-ettes, and clear side lights. Also, turn the cigarette lighter 90 degrees to the left. The "smoke" should be rising from the left end of the horizontal cigarette.

good catch! (my girlfriend always 'corrects' my cig lighter and it never fails to make me laugh when she catches that its moved a bit off!)

did you have to do any rewiring for the movement of the seat heaters?
i have looked at that mass of 6 feeds per side, but without pulling the front off i can't remember if there was enough stock cabling in place.

Is it more functional? Not really, though now I can rest my hand on the gear shift and tune the radio. Drawback is that the radio LCD is designed to be viewed at an angle (apparently) so the "move" makes the LCD appear to be dimmer from the regular driving position, though still visible, not as bright as in the OEM position.
Moving the heated seats was not a big deal.... the wires just need to be re-routed to the upper console. Most difficult part is accessing everything given the cramped quarters. Took me about half hour to do....also, if you do this mode, make sure that the correct side is wired before you put everything back together........
The radio move is a little more difficult as the wiring is barely long enough. Basically I had to put the radio in place, and connect all the plugs from the rear (with lower console panels removed). Also, there are some plastic "stops" inside the lower console (where I installed the radio). You must force the radio past thess stops (ie-break/cut the plastic away) to make it fit. Not a big deal, they do not seem to have any purpose......
I just like the new look..........

so basically pull from the batwing location and feed them back up through to the new locations without any cutting and splicing? Sorry for asking again, just i have been looking for a new heater location and my current alternative involves cut and splice.

The heated seat wires did not require any splicing/cutting/adding. Basically the heated seat wires are wrapped together (by themselves) with electrical tape. I undid some of the electric tape so that the wires would reach the new location. You should note that there is one wire that "connects" the two plugs, that wire is not very long, but is (barely) long enough to make the move work (can't imaging the purpose of that wire????). I suggest removing the side panels/carpet from the lower console and the climate control faceplate (a must). Obviously the button trim must be removed to replace the dummy switch, this easily snaps off. The new low console piece only costs $10 to clean up that area.
The only drawback in doing this is you see how cheap/simple the interior of this "expensive" car is.....
