Default Marvin: "I think you ought to know I'm feeling very depressed."

I can relate to Marvin from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series!

First thing I ever posted on this forum and its sad, I am selling my 996 c2 cab today!
I will miss it dearly.

What did you do (if at all) to cheer yourself up?
Thought about buying a TT but $$$

Anyways, I really enjoyed watching threads on this forum and learned a much. May be some day I will be back!

Well, if we have to quote another movie:

Carlos-
I got the bumper from precision porsche since its the only place that I can find that make them. Im not to happy with the fitment (Im an perfectionist) and its carbonfiber. Its nice but has flaws but you have to get really close to it to see_I hate that. I will probably get rid of it soon and replace it with the same spoiler but with better quality.

Why do you have to go Viper? The last time I looked 2 months ago, a Mamba was in the low $70s.......I paid less than that for my '01 TT

This is so very subjective, and it's just my opinion, but I find your C2 Cab stunning in comparison to the bulky Viper.

Good luck!

To each his own
*shrugs*
I would _never_ even consider a Viper. Nothing like a p-car has the correct mix of everything

First post: sob story with a picture of "soon to be gone" 996 Cabriolet. Says Turbo is too expensive.

Second post: I am getting a Mamba.

Third post: I only paid $60k for the Viper.

I smell a troll.

Unhappy

Viper? Don't do it man. I spent years doing product training for Dodge and I can tell you that you won't get the same level of prestige or engineering. Look closely at the interior and you can see parts that are sourced from the lowly Neon. Just my 2 cents.
