Does Mrs. Tim need glasses? That car is HOT. If you don't buy it, I will. Where is it and what is the $$. I have relatives in Houston, grew up there. I like it a lot.
The operative comment here is The Mrs. doesn't like it. If your thinking of purchase I'd go back to the operative comment. If it's just a matter of discussion or light banter, stick to your guns and put your foot down by god.
I think it's awesome and I don't really like white cars! Evo - I don't know what to say, I think the Carrera sticker makes the car. My wife said the sticker reminded her of a Camaro .

I hear what you're saying, it is all subjective anyways. You will always have people that like it and those who dont Personally, I don't really like having big stickers on the car unless your car is of course a track monster, or *ahem* gt3 rs
kind of takes away from the sexy lines... but this is just one man's opinion!
Not a card-carrying member of this forum, but have an opinion on the sticker... it might as well read "Eat at Joe's". Have never understood taking the timeless, classic lines of some cars and putting some huge sticker on it. Cars that have no lines or style need large billboards on them... not 911s IMHO.
p.s. never understood the Lamborghinis that had that big SV script on the side... maybe I am uncultured in the ways of designating some high-end sportscar models above their mere base siblings.

Reason: typo... as usual
I don't think the message is "eat at Joe's". I think the message is "Look at Me". I think we are all guilty on that one to some degree.
Agree with Jim about the color. To me, it looks like it's waiting for a color to be chosen.
I can't resist.... do 996 owners need this "Look at Me" billboarding on their cars?
Again, sorry I couldn't help myself and, of course, they don't.
Just to save myself in enemy territory, I would further add that ever time I see a 996 in my locale (which isn't often in SW Ohio) I am always amazed at how great they look... even if they do have antifreeze (had to throw an air cooled remark in there).
