Default What's it worth?

Hi All,

I'm in the market for a used 996 but have been seeing really differing prices in my area (Northern Cali). I came across a 2004 C4S that seems to be outfitted with everything I want in a good color (arctic silver). The dealer is asking $84K with 3.3K miles on it.

What's this car worth? What's a reasonable offer? For a closer look, check out this link .

Thanks for your advice,
Steve

Check the post in this discussion forum about 2004 dealer incentives...

Without knowing its options kit no telling if its a good price or a bad one. But if its from a P dealer in No. CA. You're probably getting screwed.

Good luck...

Thanks for the reply. I'll look for that thread.

Your response also raises a question I had - where can I find a description of options? I included the link in the posting for this car where the dealer listed the options. Is there somewhere to cross ref exactly what they are and how much they originally cost?

Thanks,
Steve

I bought a 2003 C4S back in January with 8k miles for $67k also from a No Cal dealer. Hope that helps.

That sounds like a good price, from what I've seen. Can you give me a run-down on the options so I can baseline it a bit better?

Thanks,
Steve

You can access the 04 order guide at http://www.renntech.org/forums/index...&code=og_us_04

It contains all options and prices.
