Default Moving Heated seat Switches

Has anyone tried moving the heated seat switches from the lower console BEHIND the shifter to the two spare switches on the rear centre console of a coupe?

i am putting in a new leather rear centre console and i think that it would make a lot of sense to re-postion the controls to an easier spot. it should be a splice the wire and extend it kind of job.

Made a search and it came up blank.

It should be very easy to do. I've taken my entire dash apart on my 2001 C4 and moved the AC control over the radio.

I don't recall anything that would prevent you from doing that.

only thing that would prevent from making it easy is the lenght of the wires...other than that it's a piece of cake.
