The infamous option 226 is the unpaid option of Cruise Control, right?

The infamous option 226 is the unpaid option of Cruise Control, right?
Did the Option Decoder and about an hour of digging in Search and Rennlist.org. Nothing 100% conclusive, but I suspect Cruise Control is the culprit.

I think M454 is in certain packages; however, as an unpaid option in certain other combination packages, I believe it is another code for Cruise Control. My car has Cruise Control and no M454 code. Every other option code on my sheet is identified. It looks like at least two other posters have the same code via the research of today.
