Thanks for all of the input. I'll get in there and look for debris and/or blockage first. I think my aircraft engine management training is causing me to be overly concerned (heat is the enemy of any engine and heat management is everything). It seems like a reasonable, Saturday retrofit job though so I think I'll wait til summer and see what happens before I pull the trigger.

Sure thing except for this weekend when I want to end up in Pahrump. We have a PCA/SCCA track weekend out there. Can't wait!

The third radiator would definetely be nice to have, but my local dealer told me it is perfectly normal to have the needle go past the zero, especially in stop and go or in the summer.
