The reason for side markers is if the car's front turn signals aren't visible from the side. In the case of a Porsche, BMW, and others, you can only see the turn signal from the front. In the case of the ML, the turn signals can be seen from both the front and side since they're on the corner.

OK. I was wrr... I was wrrrr. .. I was WRONG.

The 15mm spacers were too wide in the front. I lost a lot of steering travel.

I have 6mm's on there now. PM me if you are interested in the (2) 15mm spacers and shiny bolts.
