If there is ever a problem w/ our workmanship, we will fly back out to get it fixed. As we fully understand the risks of mobile service across the states, it is to our benefit and to the customers for us to get it right the first time.........basically, we have to have a 100% installation success rate for clear bra group buys.

You're right......there will be exceptions and problems could occur, which is why we take all necessary precautions so that we only make one installation per car:
-we bring extra material: 3 design folders per car, so in case anything goes wrong w/ one, we still have 2 for back up per car.
-before releasing vehicle to customer, we will make sure all edges are sealed by heat.........so that even if it rains, there will be no lifting caused by having the edges wet.
-issue of "bubbles" or water pockets - when there are pockets of water trapped, it is because the squeegeeing process was not thorough enough. We take our time squeegeeing to ensure no water pockets are left between film and paint surface.
-the same goes for window tint. Typically, customers are told to not roll down windows for 3-7 days. The reason companies persuade customers to not roll windows down for several days is because the film is not yet dry. We thoroughly dry all of the leading edges of the film so that no lifting will occur even if customer does roll the window down right away - the same goes for paint protection film.
-The risks for out-of-state group buys are fairly high for us because of the possibility of issues or problems, but because we have been in the paint protection film industry for 6 yrs and window films for 8, we are very aware of all problems that could arise. We understand the issues and how to avoid them. As stated before, we have to have a 100% success rate in order to make the group buys worth our trip and our customers' time. We fully understand our risks, which is why we take all necessary precautions stated above in order to attaining our 100% success rate.
